Pick-Up's:
Must be arranged prior to collection. Collection from Omahu Road, Woolwich, Hastings, Hawke's Bay, NZ.

Firewood Payment:
All orders must be paid for either before or upon delivery. Payment options include: eftpos (credit & finance cards 2.5% fee), cash, bank transfer, invoice (email or postal), lay-by or WINZ quote. Lay-by transfers must have a name or delivery address included in the payment reference or the payment can be lost. 
If you fail to provide payment for firewood delivered to your premise you have 7 working days to make payment or the debt will be passed onto a debt collection agency. All additional costs in debt collection will be added onto your outstanding balance.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
All products remain property of Pritchard Firewood and Contracting until paid in full.
Fee's:
 

• WINZ Quote Cancellation fee: $50.00 will apply once payment is received to cover administration costs.

• Delivery Fee: If you're not home for delivery (on your delivery time to 10mins past), we can't contact you and haven't paid prior to delivery there will be a $100 fee added to your account to cover administration, delivery and labour costs.

 

Stock Availability:
Firewood is subject to availability. Stock availability can change without notice, although we endeavor to keep stock levels updated we retain the right to cancel orders based on products selling out, even if order has been confirmed and payment received. Order cancellation will result in a full refund.
Wooden Rounds: 
50% Non-Refundable deposit required at time of order as our wooden rounds are cut to order.
Please note: Logs may not have bark or bark may come off in cutting and sanding process and may have puncture marks, this is due to the machinery used for harvesting. Wooden Rounds are subject to availability of log for prefered size and may vary slightly due to the taper of logs. 

Custom Orders:
There will be no refunds or changes to order once custom orders have been processed.

Refund Policy:
Orders can be cancelled with a full refund prior to the wood being loaded onto our delivery truck. If payment was made using a Credit Card a 2.5% fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation policy:
Orders can be cancelled with a full refund (see our refund policy) prior to the wood being loaded onto our delivery truck.
Cancellation fees apply where:
 

• Order cancelled after delivery vehicle is loaded but truck is still at our yard: $50.00

• Order cancelled after delivery vehicle is loaded and in transit to location: $100.00

• Order cancelled after delivery vehicle is loaded once arrived at location: $150.00

• Order can not be cancelled after delivery has been dropped at location: Full order total
   

Cancellation of order within 24 hours of scheduled delivery: You must contact us directly via Phone

Cancellation of order more than 24 hours of scheduled delivery: You must contact is directly via Phone, txt or Facebook private message.
We retain the right to cancel any firewood order, at any time, for any reason, even if the order has been confirmed and payment received.

Order cancellation will result in a full refund to the customer (see our refund policy).

Replacement Policy:
We offer a refund/replacement policy if you are unhappy with our firewood. Product will be collected, you'll receive a refund or replacement for the product collected. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery for this to apply. The true cost of collection will be exempt from this refund if the product is deemed fit for purpose.

Privacy Policy:
We always respect your privacy. When you provide us with personal information (such as: name, contact number, email address, residential address, city, purchase history and date) to complete a transaction, place an order, arrange for delivery or return of a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it. 
We use your information to better understand your exact needs and provide you with better service. We may share your Personal Information among authorized employees of Pritchard Firewood.
We may also use your Personal Information:
- For future orders, to deal with your queries or customer service issues promptly whether by email, telephone or mail. We may also keep information on your communications with us.
- To keep you up-to-date with products, services, events or promotions we think would be of particular interest through a variety of channels. You will be able to "opt-out" from this activity at any time.
- To enhance your customer experience and help us complete your transactions faster.
- For planning, product development or research purposes.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms & Conditions.
