Please Note:

Delivery must be within 2 weeks of ordering (e.g. Order 1st Nov, Delivery on or before 15th Nov).

We deliver on a Two Cord tipper truck, and we have a One Cord  trailer available if driveway and street allow easy and safe access to do so.

(Use of trailer will be determined by Pritchard Firewood, if unable to use trailer due to unsafe circumstances this will be mentioned before booking). 

Kilometer distance based off Google or Apple Maps and must be one of the main suggested routes. 

Delivery times and days are subject to booking schedule.

Delivery Information:

All deliveries will be dropped off as instructed by the customer. If the delivery driver deems the specific drop off location to be unsafe, your delivery will be dropped off in a safe area as close as possible to instructed point.

If delivery instructions are not provided and delivery driver is unable to contact you at the time of delivery, firewood will be dropped at the front of the property in the most appropriate position deemed by delivery driver.

Delivery time given is an approximate arrival time, we will try our best to keep to that time however there may be reasons out of our control for a late arrival. Delivery times & dates given at time of placing an order are subject to availability and are not finalized and booked until confirmed by Pritchard Firewood.
